Keep the directory useful, honest, and welcoming.
1. Tell the truth
Use a working invitation and an accurate description. State application, age, language, and joining requirements clearly. Do not impersonate communities, fake member counts, hide commercial terms, or claim an endorsement that you do not have.
2. Protect people
No scams, phishing, malware, threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, or illegal content. Do not publish private personal details or invite people into harmful activity. Follow Discord’s terms and community guidelines.
3. Share what is yours to share
Have management permission for the server and rights to descriptions, banners, and gallery images. Do not copy another community’s identity. Avoid sensitive personal information in screenshots and reports.
4. Be a reliable host
Explain what the event is, when it starts and ends, who hosts it, and how to join. Use registration links that match the description. Notify your community if plans change; do not use fabricated events to attract clicks.
5. Understand the badges
Management verification confirms Discord permissions were checked. It is not a safety certification. Enhanced indicates a website plan, and editorial featuring is separate from payment. No purchased benefit buys moderation approval.
6. Report with useful evidence
Use Report this listing on a real page and explain what is wrong. Include relevant URLs and facts. Do not send secrets or retaliatory reports. Reports are private to the website team and do not automatically remove a listing.
7. Review and appeals
New pages, changes, and events require review. Review feedback appears in the owner dashboard. If you disagree with a decision, contact support with your listing URL and explanation. Keep appeals factual and respectful.
