1. The service and these terms

These terms cover the Onavey website, community and bot directories, event pages, accounts, and optional website subscriptions, operated by Intelliquinte L.L.C. (Raleigh, North Carolina, United States). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, submit content, or purchase a subscription.

Discord communities and listed bots are operated by their respective owners. Onavey is independent of Discord. Discord, Stripe, Supabase, and other external services have their own terms.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 13 and meet Discord’s minimum age in your country. If local law requires a higher age or parental permission, those requirements apply. You must have authority to enter these terms and to publish any server, image, link, or event you submit.

3. Your account and security

Use your own Discord account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account. Do not sell account access, impersonate others, bypass permission checks, or use another person’s credentials. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Server editing requires ownership, Administrator, or Manage Server permission verified with Discord. Permission checks do not establish ownership of every asset you upload and do not certify a community’s safety.

4. Listings, events, and your content

Keep invitations, descriptions, joining requirements, and event details accurate. Only publish content you have permission to share. Do not publish personal information about other people without authorization. Submissions and edits require review and may be rejected, removed, or returned for correction.

You retain your rights in your content. You grant Onavey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and distribute that content to operate and promote your listing within the service. This license ends when the content is removed, except for temporary backups, legal obligations, and material already shared by others.

5. Acceptable use

Follow the community guidelines. Scams, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, sexual exploitation, malicious software, misleading invitations, spam, and attempts to compromise accounts or the service are prohibited. Do not circumvent review, submission limits, or billing controls. Automated access must respect the service and must not scrape private account or Discord API information.

6. Moderation, reports, and appeals

We may review, restrict, archive, or remove listings and suspend access when there is a credible rule violation, legal obligation, or security issue. Where appropriate, owners receive a review note in their dashboard. A report does not automatically remove a listing.

Use the report button on a listing for broken invites, scams, misleading information, or impersonation. For an appeal, use the contact route on our support page and include the listing URL, decision, and relevant evidence. Verification means management access was checked, not that a server is endorsed or guaranteed safe.

7. Website subscriptions, advertising and cosmetics

Basic listings are free. Enhanced pages and Website supporter memberships are optional recurring subscriptions. The configured price, currency, interval, applicable taxes, and renewal terms appear in Stripe checkout before payment. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; manage cancellation in the billing portal from your account.

Enhanced benefits require an approved server page. Only a verified active or trialing subscription within its paid period enables benefits. Scheduled cancellation keeps benefits through that period; past-due, unpaid, or cancelled subscriptions do not. See billing and refunds for cancellation and payment issues. Price or material plan changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.

8. Sponsored campaigns and page cosmetics

Advertising uses fixed-duration packages for a reviewed page that you own. Creative requires approval before payment. Sponsored placements rotate on the homepage and matching discovery sections and are labeled Sponsored. Impressions, clicks, joins, sales and continuous placement are not guaranteed. Pausing or re-review does not extend a flight. Payments do not buy editorial picks or moderation approval.

Cosmetics are one-time digital page designs bound to the chosen community page or storefront. They cannot be transferred between pages and do not improve gameplay, ranking or verification. Full refunds and unresolved payment disputes revoke paid benefits and restore a refunded cosmetic to its default design. Statutory rights continue to apply.

9. The Onavey game

Website subscriptions do not buy Marks, tradable items, production advantages, crafting output, tax reductions, or progression. Game Marks and bound training credits are virtual game resources without cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. The website does not currently provide access to private bot balances, inventories, or treasury controls. No cash wagering or cash-out feature is provided.

10. External services and community safety

Owner-provided invitations, registration links, websites, and image hosts are external services. Check their rules and privacy practices before using them. A reviewed listing is not a guarantee of accuracy, availability, safety, or a successful event. Do not send strangers money, credentials, or sensitive personal information because a listing appears here.

11. Onavey branding and intellectual property

The Onavey name, logo, website design, and original documentation belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant a right to impersonate Onavey or reuse its branding as your own. If a listing infringes your rights, contact support with the URL, a description of the work, your authority, and supporting information.

12. Leaving the service

You can sign out, remove local saved places, or delete your website account in your account settings. Account deletion removes associated website listings, events, saves, and reports and cancels website subscriptions. It does not delete your separate Discord game character. Deletion is permanent; billing provider records may remain where required by law.

13. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but availability and external invitations can change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of owner-provided content. We are not responsible for losses caused by unrelated community operators or external services, except where law requires responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or removes your statutory remedies.

14. Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory laws and consumer rights in your place of residence continue to apply. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. No mandatory arbitration clause or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed by these terms. Intelliquinte L.L.C. is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. North Carolina law applies to the extent permitted by law, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears at the top. For material changes affecting accounts or paid services, we will provide notice before the change takes effect where required. Questions about these terms belong through the support page.
